3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms
  • You can disconnect your accounts at any time

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is created based on your inputs and prompts. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. The StoryReels platform, including its design, features, and technology, remains our intellectual property.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree that:

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension
  • Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryReels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
